CANCELATION
POLICY

In the event, when customer needs to cancel recently placed order for one or another reason, order cancelation may be requested:

Order cancelation by customer:

  • Customer may request order cancelation by replying to order confirmation email or via live chat within 24 hours of order placement.
  • All cancelation requests will be processed within 3 business days of the request date.
  • Once cancelation request have been processed, we will notify customer by sending a cancelation email confirming that the order have been canceled and fully refunded.
  • Once order have been canceled, it can't be undone.

Order adjustment:

In the event, when order have been accidentally placed for the wrong item, size, color etc., customer may request order adjustment by replying to order confirmation email or via live chat. Please let us know what items should be added to or removed from the order, including details like size, color, etc.

Order cancelation by seller:

If the order have been canceled without customer's request:

  • The payment failed to clear within the expected timeframe.
  • The order will be canceled if our system detects any suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • The customer has provided the wrong shipping address during checkout and has not responded to any of our emails about the issue.
  • The order cannot be completed due to selected material or color is unavailable or out of stock.
  • Receiving emails and/or messages in harassing, rude and disrespectful manner from the customers, who is being impatient about processing times.
