In the event, when a refund has to be processed, fully or partially, here is some information on what to expect next:

Refunds:

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, customer will be notified if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refund will be sent to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note, it may take an additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exceptions / non-refundable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned / refunded, such as:

  • Items received in damaged or worn condition;
  • Items received with perfume or any other odor;
  • "SALE" and "CLEARANCE" items
  • Custom Orders
  • Gift cards
  • All shipping costs and handling charges
