General information:

  • All products are shipped from the United States of America, New Mexico State.
  • All items will be very well packaged and sent in new condition.
  • All orders will be shipped via shipping service chosen during checkout. All orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided during checkout.
  • Orders that have been qualified for Free Shipping discount are going to be shipped using standard / economy shipping method such as USPS Ground Advantage.
  • There will be no shipping or delivery on Holidays and Sundays.

USA delivery times:

  • Most orders will get delivered within 3-7 business days from the date in which it was shipped and depending on the shipping service that have been selected during checkout, weather conditions, etc. Please refer to the shipping provider for delivery schedules on weekends.
  • Domestic shipping cost includes tracking information.

International delivery times:

  • Delivery may take anywhere from 1 - 4 weeks depending on selected shipping service, buyer's local customs, weather conditions, distance, and other factors.
  • International shipping cost includes tracking information.

Missed delivery attempt:

  • If you have package with a missed delivery attempt (especially for international customers), check for a notice from the courier, contact them with your tracking number, and inform the shipper about the issue to explore options like rescheduling or redirection. In case of missed delivery and the package gets returned to us, customer will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with re-shipping the package.

*All international sales are final, there will be no refunds.

Wrong shipping address:

  • In the event, when we have been provided with the wrong shipping address, and the package gets returned to us, customer will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with re-shipping the package.

Shipment delays / missing package:

  • In a rare event, when the delivery is being drastically delayed, there are no updates on tracking information or the package arrived damaged, please don't hesitate to contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help or assist with resolving the issue.
  • In the event, when package has been marked as "delivered" but never received, here are suggested steps to take:
  1. Premature Scanning: It is very common with USPS, carriers may mark items as "delivered" to meet quotas, planning to deliver the next day. Wait 24-48 hrs.
  2. Mis-delivery: The package was delivered to a nearby address. Ask your neighbors about receiving your package by mistake. Look around side doors, garages, and behind bushes at your house as well.
  3. Scanner Error: The GPS coordinate was incorrectly logged and the package is still on the way.
  4. Visit Local Post Office (Best Method): Go in person with your tracking number. They can check the GPS location of the scan (accurate within 6 feet) and speak with the carrier/delivery person.
  5. If the item does not appear after all the steps taken above, contact us to report it missing and potentially initiate a claim.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please understand that we are not responsible for any damage or package loss occur by postal or shipment services. Once packages are accepted and in the hands of the shipping service, any delays or damage will be the responsibility of that shipping service.
