Return Policy: Because most of the items are "made-to-order" we do not accept returns.

Exchange Policy:

USA customers:

To exchange ordered item(s) for a different item, size or color, simply follow these steps:

  • Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

Exchange instructions:

  1. Contact us via email or live chat and let us know about the reason for an exchange and what product(s) would you like to exchange for your original purchase.
  2. To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  3. Item(s) requested for exchange must be in stock. In case the items are out of stock, we will process the exchange request once the item(s) are back in stock and available.
  4. If an exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Customer will be responsible for the cost of the paid return shipping label.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • This exchange policy does not cover items that have been accidentally damaged by you, the customer.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
  • Items returned to Avaneska that are not in new, unused condition and/or have a perfume odor - are not eligible for an Exchange and will be sent back to the shipping address on file and original payment method will be charged a $7.00 return shipping fee.

International customers:

All International sales are final. Avaneska does not accept International exchanges.
